Hans Wilsdorf
Hans Wilsdorf born in 1881 in Bavaria. His mother’s name Anna, and his father’s name is
ferdinand. When Hans was 12, he is lost both his parents and was sent to study at a bording
school.

In 1900, he works for a Swiss watch company, and 3 years next he went to work in England for
another watch company. In 1905, he created a company called Wilsdorf & Davis with his
brother-in-law? Later, he changed the company’s name to Rolex. Rolex watches are very
expensive.

In 1911, he got married to Florence Frances May Crotty. They stayed married until she died in
1944. Hans Wilsdorf died in 1960 in Switzerland.

Writer Jones Smith
Jones Smith is a well-known writer who was born on 5 March 1980. He is the first child of Mr. David
Smith and Mrs. Emily Smith. He is often called ‘Jo’ as his nickname. In his free time, he likes
painting and writing short stories.

When he was aged 10, he started writing poetry. He wrote his first book “Whispers of the Heart” at
25 years old. Then, he got married to Mrs. Jane Johnson and had two children. Their first child’s
name was Olivia who was born in 2008 and the second child’s name was Ethan who was born in
2012. Sadly in 2016, his father died from a heart attack. Two years later, Jones and Jane also
decided to get divorced. After that, the writer met his new girlfriend Tiffany Thompson who is a
journalist.

He has released his new book “Echoes of Silence”. Surprisingly, he has earned $40,000 from his last
book. Up to now, he has written 8 books and 3 essays for magazines. Jo has received Nobel Prizes for
Literature. At the moment, he begins his research for an upcoming historical fiction novel.
