Dear Ann,

I am sorry for not writing you because I am quite busy for the English Test. Therefor, I am
writing this email to tell you some information for your next trip in my hometown – Hanoi,
Vietnam.

You are planning to visit my city next month and you are really excited about the trip. I can suggest
somewhere to stay and tell you a little bit about what you can do in my hometown . I am so happy if you
could stay in my house with my family. And we can visit Hoan Kiem Lake, Ho Chi Minh Mausolium,
Thu Le Park……Then we can enjoy/ eat some delicious food in Hanoi such as: Pho, Bun Bo……

Moreover, I will tell you about the clothes you shoud bring. Because Hanoi is in winter therefore it is so
cold. You should bring: coat, jeans, gloves, shoes, …….

Thank you for your email and I am writing this email to give my feedback about your English
center.

AS you know that i did have a chance to take a part in the English -Class B for 3 months and
here are some feedback about your teaching staff, teaching materials, facilities like library, and
canteen.
Firstly, your teaching staff is very friendly. They prepared lesson carefully and they helped me
alot in vocabulary and writing skill. with their support and materials, i'm now improve my
vocabulary, I'm so greatfull for that.

Secondly, Your facilities in the library also are great as well, I can easily find English books or
dictionary and spend all day in the library.

Finally, Whenever i have to spend all day in the center, your canteen help me out of hungry with
alot of optional food but the price is a bit costly but it is not a problem for me. I think you could
give more some combo for me and another easy to buy.
