BEFORE THE PROGRAM STARTS
Queen: Good afternoon, fellow Rotaractors! Before you have your seat,
kindly confirm your presence by having your attendance at the entrance
part of today’s venue. We are here at the beautiful and humble residence of
our fellow Rotaractor, Angel Castillo, in Batal, Santiago City. I am glad that
we all arrived safe, and hopefully, we’re gonna go home safe too later.
Thank you so much for allotting time to be with us, despite our busy
schedules.

START OF THE PROGRAM
Queen: Again, a pleasant afternoon to everyone who is here to reunite
and, at the same time, meet unfamiliar faces that will soon help us rock
every activity we have in our club! For the past years of being part of the
Rotaract Club of Santiago, I believe that this event marks another
milestone for us to further know our club, as well as the persons who we
get along with. I am Queen Fulong, your host for today!
I just want to share this quote with you, guys. This is from Mahatma
Gandhi. He said that, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in
the service of others.”
Brace yourselves as we start a magical day ahead! I welcome you to the
2024 Rotaract Club of Santiago First General Assembly (and Soft Turnover
Ceremonies)!
Queen: Let us all stand for the Call to Order to be led by our Magical
President Hannah Kathrine Chiu.
CALL TO ORDER
Queen: Thank you, MP Hannah. At this moment, we remain standing as
we seek God’s divine guidance through an invocation to be headed by
Baby Rotaractor Lara Andres, followed by the Four Way Test to be led by
Rotaractor Angel Castillo.

Queen: Thank you, everyone. You may now be seated. OPENING
REMARKS – At this juncture, on behalf of the Rotaract Club of Santiago,
friends, I am honored to welcome you to our ‘Magic of Rotary’ Year First
General Assembly here at the peaceful and beautiful home of Rotaractor
Angel Castillo. This day marks an amazing start to create enchanting
moments together, that will soon turn into memories. We have been
actively formulating and implementing projects that aim to foster
camaraderie and determination, as well as to let us live by our mantra,
“Service Above Self”. And now, we are so glad to see you here as we
discuss significant matters related to our year-long manifestations of
magical learnings, friendships, and commitment! I hope that you will enjoy
the rest of the event, and before this month comes to an end, I am greeting
you, Maligayang Buwan ng mga Kabataan! Again, ladies and gentlemen,
good afternoon!
Queen: Moving to the next part of this program, as we notice, we see some
unfamiliar faces here today, but for sure, as time passes, we will get to
know them better. To introduce to us our Baby Rotaractors, I now call
Rotaractor Angelo Bunao. Let us give him a round of applause!
INTRODUCTION OF BABY ROTARACTORS
Queen: Thank you so much, Angelo, and of course, a warm welcome
again to our Baby Rotaractors! We hope that your urge to become one of
us will remain steadfast. Now, let us lend our ears as we carefully absorb
the things that will be shared with us during RAC 101. I call our Past District
Rotaract Representative Daniel Balubal. Let us give him a resounding
round of applause!

Queen: Thank you so much, PDRR Daniel, for that comprehensive and
informative discussion you shared with us! At this moment, after hearing
words of inspiration from PDRR Daniel, let us also be ready to nourish our
hearts as we hear messages too from our dear Rotarians.

Queen: Thank you so much for those heartwarming messages, our dear
Rotarians. Moving forward, let us learn more about the Rotaract Club of
Santiago, as well as the important actions necessary to create a magical
year ahead. For the Meeting Proper, I now call the club officers to discuss
the following agenda – Presentation and Review of Action Plan,
Presentation of Conducted Activities, Rules and Regulations, Club
Uniforms, Club Dues, and others.

Queen: Big thanks, dear officers, for extensively discussing those matters
with us! Fellow Rotaractors, before we end this ceremony, let us listen to
Past President Jemerson Eugenio for his Closing Remarks. A round of
