Computer Science and Engineering
As we know Computer Science and Engineering is a broad field so there are many
options to choose from. Like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science,
Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Robotics, Machine Learning, Software
Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Vision etc. Among all these I
would like to learn about AI, Cyber Security, Robotics, IT and Computer Vision.
Honestly if I can then I will also opt for Machine Learning. I have always liked
having options but if I have to choose one to focus on then it would be Robotics.
Since I was small, robots have always fascinated me in ways I can’t put into words.
I have always thought it would make my life 100 times easier if I could get a robot
for myself. I never thought that I would build one but I always wanted one. Now
that I know that I can make one myself then why should I not fulfill a dream I once
had? It would be selfish of me if I just do it for myself, so if I can build one then of
course, I can make multiple of them. My goal is to make life simpler for everyone
because why not?
There are multiple uses of robotics in life. For example in industries, agriculture,
medical field, logistics, daily life etc. Robots help in increasing precision,
automatically completing repetitive operations and also by decreasing labor costs
in industries which increases productivity. To maximize planting and harvesting
for increasing sustainability and productivity, we can use drones and automated
equipment in agriculture. We can use surgical robots to help with minimally
invasive operations in the medical field, which leads to improved accuracy and
quicker recovery periods. Robots are also essential to logistics since they speed up
inventory control and transportation. As for daily life we all know how hectic
things can get handling the house, and if you are a working person then it is an
absolute task. Robots make life easier by taking care of upkeep and cleaning. We
have seen new inventions where you can just put the ingredients and set the time of
when you want the food to be cooked, and it does it for you. It is to make things
convenient and have a better quality of life. In the end, robotics integration alters
industries, encourages innovation, and improves task safety and efficiency.
Who doesn’t want a life that is convenient? Be it in work or daily life. I believe
that everyone should have a life that is less work and more fun. And it is very
much possible to achieve that by making robots that make life simpler by doing the
complex work for us.
