IIM Udaipur’s Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program
is designed exclusively for modern-day working professionals seeking to
elevate their careers without putting their current commitments on hold. Our
program prioritises your needs and aspirations, offering unparalleled flexibility
in learning formats and schedules. Crafted to accommodate your busy lifestyle,
this EMBA experience allows you to progress at your own pace while
providing multiple-entry and stage-wise completion. With a curriculum
designed for tailored learning and credit-based waivers, we recognise and
appreciate your prior academic achievements. This is a two-year online
program that also includes two campus immersions. Admission is through the
GMAT/GRE/CAT/ or IIMU Test. This program is ideal for professionals with
a graduate degree and at least three years of full-time post-qualification work
experience.

The program generally starts in the month of May, for the academic year
2025-26, the program is proposed to begin on May 10, 2025.

Eligibility
• Minimum of 10+2 years of school education and a bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification in
any discipline with at least 50 percent marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average
(CGPA). Applicants from SC, ST and PwD categories should have a minimum of 45% or equivalent
CGPA. (Minimum three years of bachelor’s level education after the completion of higher
secondary schooling)
• Minimum three years of full-time post-qualification experience as of May 07, 2025.
• Valid GMAT or GMAT (Focus) or GRE score (not older than 5 years from date of GMAT/GRE
exam) or CAT score of tests taken in 2021 or later, or
• Score of the IIMU Test to be conducted by IIMU.

Reservation Policy - The Institute will follow Govt of India's reservation policy for EWS, NC-OBC, SC,
ST and PWD.

Admission Process
• Interested candidates must complete the online Application Form by paying Rs. 1000 (Application
Fee) and Rs. 1000 (IIMU Test*) if applicable.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an online personal interview.
• Offers of admission will be made based on a combination of the candidates’ overall academic
profile, work experience, score in the GMAT/GMAT(Focus)GRE/CAT/IIMU Test and
performance in the personal interview.

Course Duration
• Two years (Approx.)

Class Schedule
• Classes will be held online. Typically, there will be seven sessions each week.
• Duration of each session will be 90 minutes, followed by Q&A/Tutorial.
• Classes will be conducted on Saturdays and Sundays, with two sessions to be held during late
evenings of weekdays.

Awarding of a Degree
• The participants will be awarded a Degree in Master of Business Administration by IIM Udaipur
upon successfully meeting all program requirements, including those about the examinations.

Sponsored Candidates
• IIMU welcomes sponsored candidates (individual or in groups) from organizations. The Human
Resource and Learnings & Development teams of interested organizations are encouraged to get
in touch with IIM Udaipur’s Admissions Office for more details.

Note:

• The above dates are subject to change. The IIMU Test and webinar schedule will be
periodically updated and announced. We recommend visiting the website regularly to stay

• The last date of granting admission is April 28, 2025 for the Academic Year 2025-2027 and no
admission will be offered to any candidate after this date.

Details of the IIMU Admission Test

• Candidates who have a valid GMAT/GMAT(Focus)/GRE/CAT score do not need to appear in
the IIMU Test. All other candidates need to appear for an IIMU Test.
• The IIMU Test will be held online and can be taken from anywhere (no travel to any exam
center is required).
• The Test will be conducted on Weekends scheduled on separate dates.
• Candidates will receive notifications regarding the IIMU Test dates after submitting their
applications.
• The duration of the Test will be 120 minutes, comprising 120 questions.
• The online examination will be multiple-choice based, and comprises of the following test
components:
▪ Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
▪ Logical Reasoning
▪ Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation
