As a Regional Channel Manager - Asst. Vice President
– Third Party Products (Life Insurance, SAHI, General Insurance & Mutual Funds)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Third Party Product sales through Retail Branch Banking and Alternate Channel across West Zone
(South Mumbai & Central Mumbai) in 90 branches across the territory for Third Party product sales i.e., Life, General, and
Health Insurance along with Mutual Funds
• Driving TPP products through Clusters/Circle/Zonal Heads to ensure branches achieve targets on monthly basis.
• Vendor Management which Includes Meeting/ Strategizing and supporting branches through 3 Life Insurance Partners, 3
General Insurance Partners, 3 Health Insurance Partners & Bank partnered AMC’s
• Ensure Life Insurance Persistency above 90% and 90% renewal for GI/ SAHI Companies.
• Co- ordinate with TPP Ops, LI Partners, GI/ SAHI & other partner’s team to ensure sourced Business gets converted into
Income and credit should goes to relevant team/ staff
• Reviewing financial plans & revenue goals by establishing weekly metrics
• Managing regulatory compliance & aligning with the companies’ policies
