Note:
1 Currently except CRI (material transfer) all other firms are purchaasing the materials. In the later days each firm may have their own assembling unit and subsequently they may also go for production.
2 In CRI, they have also outsourcing few specific products (Nation wide outsourcing and also Importing from various countries). This particular activity will happen in L:3, L:4 & L:5 levels
3 Demand Forecasting of products will be processed in L:3, L:4 & L:5 levels.
4 The branch will also have two different warehouse locations (cities). The billing will happen in the mother location and the product despatch will happen in child location. (Material planning and Delivery)
5 DMS portal and application have been implemented and followed only in CRI domestic business division. In all other firms, direct entry of data must be provided.
6 The child branch will raise only invoice and the material despatch will happen in other Mother branch locations. Mother branch will keep separate stock on behalf of child branch.
