2. Overview
The PC is connected behind the TA-MAC.
TA/PC keyboard link is connected to the PC’s keyboard input.

Warning: the UA link (pins 4/5) is used for the voice transmission and the other 1/2, 3/6 and 7/8
pins are used to supply power to the TA-MAC unit. Depending on the distance between the TA and the
main distribution frame, it may be necessary to cable one, two or four UA links.
3.2. UA link connector (external ringer)
The line connector is a 6-pin modular jack. The pins (2, 5) transport the signal to the external ringer.
The pin selection is specific to the country.
