Everest Green Beverages (EGB) is a leading Nepali beverage company known for its popular
Everest Mineral Water. Recently, a social media campaign targeting teenagers backfired. The
campaign featured a popular youth influencer who promoted a new line of sugary fruit drinks
with the tagline "Everest: The Cool Way to Refresh!" However, critics slammed the campaign
for targeting unhealthy drinks at young people and failing to promote healthy hydration with
water. The Ministry of Health has also expressed concern. EGB's stock price has fallen, and
negative online comments are flooding social media.

You are the Public Relations Manager for EGB and are assigned to develop a comprehensive PR
strategy to address this crisis.
