Outline/Contents of Question Paper for class 6
English: Change the gender/number/form of the sentence; Forms of verbs / Degrees of adjectives; Use of
article / preposition; Words having similar / opposite meanings; Correction of spellings / sentences
etc. Three words, according to the level of the respective class, are given to write meanings in Urdu or simple English and
for sentence formation. Three sentences are offered for Urdu to English translation. The prescribed Textbook of English
for Class 5 Punjab Textbook Board is recommended.
Urdu: Three words are given to write meanings in Urdu and for sentence formation. An essay on the subject based upon
any suitable lesson of the respective text book is given to write. The prescribed text book of Urdu for Class 5 of the
Punjab Text Book Board is recommended.
Mathematics: The paper carries three sums carrying 5 marks each. The candidate is required to solve all of them. These
questions are picked up from the exercises of different important areas of the respective text book. The prescribed text book
of Mathematics for Class 5 (English Version) of the Punjab Text Book Board is recommended.
