CHAPTER 4

Monitoring and Evaluation

Datalblao National High School aims to be an excellent and inclusive institution with high regard for learning. It always set high regards to honesty and transparency in the
implementation of Projects, Programs and Activities for continuous improvement to attain higher achievement rate. Thus, the quarterly conduct of SMEPA (School
Monitoring, Evaluation and Plan Adjustment) played a very vital role in assessing school performance and the needs of the school in implementing the SIP (School
Implementation Plan). The Project Monitoring Form lists down the projects that the SPT have come up with to address the root cause of the PIAs. It is used to monitor the
progress of each project. In the monitoring of the SPT, the accomplishment and status, the issues, problems and issues that the SPT comes across as they monitor and
evaluate the implementation of the projects are brought to the SMEPA conferences for possible recommendations and actions for the full implementation of the plan.
