Good day.
I, NEIL JOHN B. GLARION, a Secondary School Teacher III of Gamut
National High School, Gamut, Tago Surigao del Sur, Physical Education Major and
Minor in Music. A resident of Diatagon, Lianga Surigao del Sur and been
teaching in Gamut National High School for almost 10 years.
I believe that my stay in GNHS is long enough to be away from my parents
and I would like to work now nearby my hometown since they are having health
problems as of the moment. My mother just diagnosed with cancer and had her
major surgery last month. She will start her treatment next month with chemo
therapy and my father also was hospitalized because of congenital heart disease
which led him to have a mild stroke. I think it’s about time for me to take care of
them personally and I am afraid of emergencies that I am not around.
Luckily, I have known a teacher from Lianga Comprehensive National High
School that is willing to be swapped with me since she is also working away from
her family. She is Mrs. ANGEL JADE RAMIL, a MAPEH teacher of the said school
and living in Tandag City. I have already contacted her and she is interested with
the agreement to be swapped since she is been travelling daily back and forth
from Tandag City to Lianga for 3 years now.
If I will be transferred to Lianga Comprehensive National High School
which is 5 minutes away from home, it would be beneficial for me and I would be
able to take care of them personally and at the same time I could deliver my
services in the workplace with ease and not disturbed likewise with Mrs. Angel
Jade Ramil.

I have heard from the division office that San Agustin District is
plotting teachers for the vacant positions in Sto. Nino National High
School. I have my full interest to be transferred in your district.
I am Mr. NEIL JOHN B. GALARION, Teacher III Major in Physical
Education, minor in Music. I am currently teaching in Gamut National
High School, Gamut, Tago Surigao del Sur as District Co-MAPEH
Coordinator and the school Barkada Kontra Droda Coordinator. I have
been teaching in GNHS for over 10 years now and I have been away also
to my hometown Diatagon, Lianga Surigao del Sur for same years. I have
applied already transfer to the schools nearer to our hometown but still
waiting for the vacant positions. Upon hearing that you are plotting
teachers for vacancy, I immediately called up some help from the Division
HR to reach out in your district. San Agustin District is 15 minutes away
from our place and it is not new to me because I was already teaching in
Balilahan, Mabua, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, 8300

Sto. Nino National High School way back 2012 when I started volunteering
for 6 months and I would love to be working again in that school.
Most importantly, I am applying for transfer because the health
condition of my parents is getting worse. I believe that my stay in GNHS is
long enough to be away from them and I would love to be working now
nearer to them. My mother was diagnosed with cancer and had her major
surgery last year. She is already starting her treatment now on chemo
therapy and my father also was diagnosed of congenital heart disease
which led him to have a mild stroke and inability to walk and do basic
things. These reason led me to decide in working nearer to them because
it is very hard to move when there are emergencies at home. San Agustin
District is just minutes away from home and I could just attend to them
every day.
More so, I believe that I could be an addition of great help in your
district since I have trained so much in my field from school to national
level both sports and curriculum matters. I’ve been consistently working
with great passion to my field the reason that I could also share my
expertise to my co-teachers.
