Sequence Project Activities
The proposed Dental Service Program for the upcoming EVSU Foundation Week will be held at the EVSU
Dental Clinic located inside the EVSU Miguel Romualdez Memorial Auditorium. The program will operate
for 6 days from 8-12 am in the morning and 1-5 pm in the afternoon following the schedule of the
foundation week. Planning will span and venue preparation will commence 1 week prior to the event.
The aim of the project is to cater all EVSU Main Campus students and employees who wants to avail
dental services. The sequence of the project is presented in table #.

Prophylaxis main dental procedures that
the program will be offering.
Clients can only avail this
procedure if they have already
registered and consulted by
the dentist. The task for this

5 Cavity Filling This activity will commence on C 1
day 4 of the program. The task
