Creation of feedback module in ERP


Go to:->

1. Web Employee Feedback ->


2. Form Master
Enter Form Name
Enter ‘student Feedback after MSE’
Enter click on ‘Add’
3. Group option master (To create options for quest.)
Give Name in tab ‘Option Group Name’ e.g. options
Select option type ‘Option’ or ‘Text’
Create option by filling data in option details
Option Name ‘Excellent’, ‘Very Good’ and so on.
Option weightage ‘5’, ‘4’ and so on.
Click on add
After entering all options, click on ‘Finalize’.
4. Go to ‘Group Master’ option
Select form name created in step 2 above
Select option group name created in step 3 above
Or you can import questions directly from form created before, if any.
Enter name in question group title.
Click on save.
5. Go to question master
Select form name
Click on default question group master
Enter Question in ‘Question’ click on save.
Add all questions in this manner
Click on ‘Lock’ once all questions are finalized.
6. Go to ‘Lock Feedback form’
Click on checkbox provided in front of feedback form created by you.
Click on ‘Lock’
7. Go to ‘Span Master’
Select form name
Select dates for feedback in options given.
Click on save
Click on Lock.
8. Go to application master
Enter form name select Span
Select session select semester type
Select course year Enter spans
Click on update.
9. Go to form ‘Branch Standard Master’
Select session select semester type
Select course year select section
All course list for that class will appear
Click on checkbox provided at the top to select all courses simultaneously.
Enter Spans
Click on save
Click on Lock
After this step the form is visible to the students.
10. Repeat step No. 8 and 9 to create the same feedback for the other classes.
