D. Answer the following questions.
1. To select adjacent cells in a worksheet, follow these steps:
Step 1. Select the first cell in the group.
Step 2. Now, press and hold down the Shift key and with the help of arrow keys, select the
group of adjacent cells, as required. The selected cells will be highlighted in blue.
2. A cell address is the combination of a column heads and row header. It is unique for every cell.
3. Formatting cells means defining how text is to be displayed in the cells of your worksheet. It is
also used for defining font, font size, font color, cell borders, cell background, and so on.
4. Some text alignment options available in the Excel are Top Align, Middle Align, Bottom Align,
Align Text Left, Center, and Align Text Right.
5. Wrapping text means making the entire text appear on multiple lines in a cell. It is important
because if long text is entered in one cell, it gets hidden when text is entered in the cell on
its right.
