Students are actively participating in various co- and extra-curricular activities that enrich their learning
experiences. These include the Science District Quiz Bee, DSPC (Division Schools Press Conference), and
Project HABI. In addition, students are also engaged in MAPEH-related activities, particularly in the
performing arts, where they showcase their talents in dancing, promoting creativity and self-expression. These
activities not only enhance their academic and artistic skills but also build their confidence and teamwork.
Through competitions like the quiz bee and DSPC, students learn the value of preparation, critical thinking, and
effective communication. Project HABI fosters environmental awareness and hands-on learning experiences.
Meanwhile, the dance activities allow students to explore cultural expressions and develop physical
coordination, rhythm, and discipline.
On January 24, 2025, we attended a seminar held in Bulacan, which provided valuable insights and learnings
that contributed to my professional growth. The topics discussed were informative and relevant, helping me
better understand my role as a future educator. I found the experience enriching, especially through the
exchange of ideas and best practices with fellow attendees. Aside from this in-person seminar, I also took the
initiative to join online webinars to further deepen my knowledge. These online sessions allowed me to
continue learning at my own pace and stay updated with new trends in education. Participating in both face-to-
face and virtual seminars helped me develop a more well-rounded perspective. It also inspired me to keep
growing and improving in my teaching journey. Overall, these learning experiences have been truly meaningful
and motivating.
1. The value of ethical teaching practices in building trust and professionalism in the classroom.
2. The importance of mastering time management to balance tasks effectively and avoid burnout.
3. Developing soft skills such as communication, adaptability, and empathy is essential for effective
teaching.
4. The research seminar emphasized how research can bridge the gap between theory and practice in
education.
