EXCHANGE POLICY AND LIMITED WARRANTY
Skechers warrants that its products, at the time of sale are free from workmanship defects. If buyer
need to exchange any product, it can happen subject to the following conditions:
· If product is unused, it can be exchanged within 15 days from date of purchase with
original bill, product packaging and barcode intact.
· In case of manufacturing defect, the product can be exchanged within 90 days from the
date of purchase. At all times, the manufacturing defect shall be solely determined by
Skechers.
· For exchange/replaced product, the date of purchase of the first sale will be considered
while calculating the warranty period.
· Exchange will be offered for same purchase value. In case if replaced product value is
more, then the buyer has to pay the differential amount. If it is less, then Skechers store
shall issue credit note which is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance. Credit note
can be redeemed at issuance store only.
· No refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
· The product has to be used for the purpose it has been designed and determined by
Skechers and if inappropriately used, product will not be considered for exchange.
· If the product is subjected to harsh treatment or comes in to contact with rough, sharp,
abrasive, acidic material which can damage the product, it will not qualify for exchange.
· Skechers reserves right to make any amendments to this policy.
· Product or exchange related feedback / query can be shared with store manager or can

number - 1800 200 8555 between Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Skechers sole and exclusive obligation and Buyer's exclusive remedy under the warranty described
herein, is limited to the repair or replacement against any product with manufacturing defect only.
In no event Skechers will be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages,
whether arising in contract, in tort or otherwise, including but not limited to loss of anticipated
profits and injury to person or property.
JURISDICTION
This policy is applicable on products purchased within India only and any products purchased
outside India are not eligible for return or exchange in India.
