2024/2025 Program Requirements - Effective September 1, 2024
*45 credits required to complete the Post-RN Bachelor of Nursing degree — This degree is equivalent to a 4-year
baccalaureate degree and graduates are eligible for consideration for AU’s Master of Nursing degree programs.
This program plan will assist you in planning your program. You must follow the official program requirements for
the calendar year in which you are enrolled. You must complete at least 15 nursing (NURS) credits through
Athabasca University. You must satisfy each course’s prerequisite requirements prior to registration.
