1. I/We confirm that the transaction(s) in the schemes of the Fund is submitted by me/us, when I/We am /are
present in India.
2. I/We hereby confirm that neither, Bandhan AMC Limited / Bandhan Mutual Fund Trustee Limited (Bandhan
Trustee) / Bandhan Mutual Fund (Bandhan MF), has communicated with me/us in any manner for soliciting its
schemes/ products, in the jurisdiction in which I/We reside.
3. I/We have, based on my/ our own discretion applied/ invested in the schemes of Bandhan MF.
4. I/We confirm that the transaction(s) in the schemes of Bandhan MF is based on my/our own decision and
neither Bandhan AMC Limited nor Bandhan Mutual Fund Trustee Limited, nor its employees/distributors have
influenced my/our decision for transaction(s) in the Schemes of Bandhan MF. This is irrespective of the fact
whether I have received / referred information of any kind, from any source, about the schemes of Bandhan MF.
5. I/We are aware that Bandhan AMC Limited/ Bandhan MF have neither filed any of its constitution/ scheme
related documents not registered its units in the Jurisdiction where I/We reside.
6. I/ We confirm that my/ our application is in compliance with applicable Indian and foreign laws and I am/ we
are not prohibited from accessing capital markets under any order/ ruling/ judgment etc. of any jurisdiction
/regulation.
7. I/We agree and undertake to provide further information/documents to the Bandhan AMC Limited, Bandhan
Mutual Fund Trustee Limited or the Registrar and Transfer Agent of Bandhan MF (the Registrar), as may be
required with respect to my/our investment(s) in the schemes of the Fund.
8. I/ We hereby authorize Bandhan AMC Limited/ Bandhan MF, its employees, its agents, its Registrar to disclose,
share, remit in any form/ manner/ mode information with respect to investments made by me/ us and / or any
part of it including the change/ updates that may be provided by me/ us to its agents, third party service
providers, SEBI registered intermediaries for the purpose of any Indian or foreign statutory, regulatory, judicial,
quasi judicial authorities/ agencies requirements without any intimation/ advice to me/ us.
9. I/We understand and acknowledge that Bandhan AMC Limited / Bandhan Mutual Fund Trustee Limited
reserves the right to reject my/our transaction(s)/reverse units allotted in the schemes of Bandhan MF at its
sole discretion. Further, subject to non receipt of required Documentation/ information or changes in
applicable legal provisions or such other circumstances as determined by Bandhan AMC Limited. Further,
Bandhan Mutual Fund Trustee Limited reserves the right to redeem my/our investment and refund the
proceeds to me/us. I/We agree that such decision of Bandhan AMC Limited shall be final and binding on
me/us.
10. I/We agree that Bandhan AMC Limited, Bandhan Mutual Fund Trustee Limited and/or their directors, officers
and employees shall not be liable and shall be indemnified for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or
consequential cost, loss, expenses, damages and claims arising out of, including but not limited to my/our
investments or on account of any untrue/misleading/incomplete statement/information provided by me/us
basis which the Units of the schemes of Bandhan MF has been allotted to me/us or rejection of my/our
transactions/ reversal of units allotted, in the schemes of Bandhan MF.
11. I/We am/are aware that by virtue of me/us subscribing to Schemes of Bandhan MF and by availing of the
systematic transaction facility, the decision for such investment in the Scheme will be deemed to have been
taken by me/us on the date of execution of the SIP /STP enrolment forms in India though the investments will
culminate on periodical basis at the predetermined dates in the month; at the prevailing NAV and of specified
amount as detailed in the SIP/STP enrolments form(s) executed by me/us.
