This is for your information that our duct fabrication work and placing of the Package
machine at the plant room were complete, but unable to complete the erection of the
balance ducting works as per the design approved due to the false ceiling and front is not
clear from Civil till today.
On my last visit at site it’s was assured by the civil that they will able to clear the “False
ceiling” by 25th Feb 2025 This Contract was awarded on 31st Aug-2022 for period of
6months, however due to non-ability of front from civil, our contract has been delayed for
more than 2years, due to this we had incurred huge loss, since the materials rates &
labour charges had increases in this 30months.
We also like to inform you that due to delay of this project, we had also notice many thief
in this building, in such situation ,we are not in the position to do the “Cooper Pipe line”
works because we fear that cooper might get stolen during commission stage, Sine we are
incurring huge loss due to delay in a contract, so we are not in the position to bare the
financial loss for thief of copper & others costly items, hence we request you to arrange
proper security in form of guards or Lockable door to move inside the area.
As per previous E.O.T site has to handed over as on 31. March.2025, but in such scenario,
I’m not sure that we will be able to complete the works before six months from today.
Therefore, we request you to kindly make the extension for the period of another six
Months without “L.D” as because front is not clear by civil.
