After you answer a question in your HireVue, what
happens most often is they create a transcript and score
you based on that. For instance, if you say "I" too much
when discussing teamwork, your score might drop. But,
don’t worry—there's no AI judging your body language or
smile; that’s just BS.
HireVue is simply another hurdle for companies to filter
out candidates who aren’t truly motivated. Many
