Cable Trays & Related fittings

TITAN INDUSTRIES - Cable Trays and its corresponding accessories are manufactured
in standard lengths of 3mtrs. (2 mtrs. & 2.44 mtrs. are optional), in accordance with
BSEN ISO 1461:1999 for Hot Dip Galvanized finish (formerly BS 729) and BS EN
10327:2004 (BS 2989) for Pre-Galvanized finish. We also manufacture Aluminum
Stainless Steel Cable Trays in Grades 304 or 316 (L). The above mentioned products can
be produced in various finishes such as Powder and Epoxy coated. Light Duty Cable
Trays are used for installation of weightless cabling such as Networking, Data Cabling,
Fiber Optic Cabling and other areas of similar applications. Medium Duty Cable Trays
are used for commercial applications. Heavy Duty Cable Trays are used for industrial as
well as commercial purposes.
CABLE TRUNKINGS

TITAN CABLE TRUNKINGS Cable Trunkings and its corresponding accessories are
manufactured in standard lengths of 3mtrs. (2 mtrs. and 2.44 mtrs. are optional) with covers in
accordance with BS 4678: Part 1: 1971. These covers can be provided in Knob Type as well as
Screw Type depending on the type of installation. Trunkings are manufactured as per BS EN
10143:1999 (BS 2989) & BSEN 10327: 2004. We also manufacture Aluminum Stainless Steel
Cable Trunkings in Grades 304 or 316 (L). The above mentioned product can be produced in
various finishes such as Powder and Epoxy coated. Our Trunkings are specifically designed for
Light and Medium Duty cabling. This form of containment system can hold light weight cabling
such as fiber optic, networking and other form of similar cabling. We also provide two and three
compartment solutions for the same with corresponding accessories. These accessories are
produced on our high end CNC machines and are therefore without any welding and are supplied
with integrated couplers.

1. The Cable trays are manufactured in Perforated design with a length of 3 meters .

2. The standard side heights of the cable trays are 50 mm , 75 mm , 100 mm & 150 mm .

3. The cable trays are manufactured to satisfy the loading requirements as per BS Standard BSEN : 61537: 2007 .

4. The Normal finishes of the Cable Trays are Pre Galvanised , Hot Dip Galvanised and Stainless Steel .

5. The Pre Galvanised finish of the Cable Trays complies to BS Standard BSEN 10142 & BSEN 10143 .

6. The Hop Dip Galvanised finish of the Cable Trays complies with the BS Standard BS EN ISO 1461 – 2009 formerly BS 729 .

7. The Stainless Steel Cable Trays are manufactured with the grades SS316L & SS304 .

8. The Thickness of the Cable Trays will be as follows :
