ABSTRACT
This feasibility study evaluates the potential of launching a plant-based toothpaste
business, focusing on its operational, market, technical, financial, and socio-economic aspects.
The study introduces the business concept, including its background, mission, vision, product
offerings, and target market. A management framework is presented, along with staffing needs,
organizational structure, and wage estimates. Market analysis, including demand and supply
forecasting and a marketing strategy based on the 4Ps, supports a strong potential for consumer
acceptance. The technical aspect reviews the physical setup, equipment, production process,
and manpower required for efficient operations. Financial projections—covering startup costs,
capital requirements, financial statements, and key financial ratios—indicate that the business is
both profitable and sustainable. Lastly, the study considers the business’s contributions to
society, such as job creation and promoting eco-conscious consumer habits. Based on the
findings, the study concludes that the proposed plant-based toothpaste business is feasible and
has strong potential for long-term success.
