Micro-project report
Decide any product and analyse it's good and bad features

1.0 Rationale:
Globalisation, liberalization and privatization along with revolution in
information technology have opened up new opportunities transforming lives
of masses. In this context, there is immense opportunity of establishing
manufacturing, service, trading, marketing and consultancy enterprises by
diploma engineer. Our fast growing economy provides ample scope for diploma
engineers to succeed as an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship requires distinct

with, this course aims to develop the competency and the related outcomes in

• To know the classification of good and bad features of product.

3.0 Course Outcomes:

• Prepare plans to manage the enterprise effectively.
• Identify the business opportunities that suits you.

4.0 Literature Review:

4.1 Introduction:
Product analysis involves examining product options, costs, accessibility,
quality, look and different aspects. Product analysis is conducted by potential
patrons, by product managers making an attempt to grasp competitors and by
third party reviewers. Product analysis may also be used as a part of product
style to convert a high- level product description into project deliverables and
necessities. It involves all facts of the merchandise, its purpose, its operation,
and its characteristics.

8
4.2 What Is a Product:
In general, a product is outlined as a “thing made by labor or effort” or the
“result of Associate in Nursing act or a method.” The word “product” stems from
the verb “produce”, from the Latin Procedure “to lead or motivate.” Since 1575,
the word “product” has brought up something made. In promoting, a product is
something that may be offered to a market which may satisfy a need or want. In
retail, product square measure referred to as merchandise. In producing,
product square measure purchased as raw materials and oversubscribed as
finished merchandise. Commodities square measure typically raw materials like
metals and agricultural product, however the term may also seek advice from
something wide offered within the open market. In project management,
product square measure the kindal definition of the project deliverables that
form the objectives of the project.

4.3 Definition:
A product is that the item offered available. A product will be a service or
associate item. It will be physical or in virtual or cyber kind. Each product is
created at worth value and every is sold at a price. The value that may be
charged depends on the market, the standard, the promoting and also the
phase that's targeted. Every product incorporates a helpful life once that it
desires replacement, and a life cycle once that it's to be re-invented. In FMCG
idiom, a whole will be revamped, re-launched or extended to create it a lot of
relevant to the phase and times, usually keeping the merchandise nearly a
similar. Bad revenue is all revenue that comes at the expense of the connection
with the fashion designer. for example, a corporation that hinders their clients’
cancellation once they need to cancel or once it sells one thing expensive taking
advantage of your desires, like the value of bottle of water in a very edifice.

5.0 Actual Methodology Followed:

It contains collecting data from internet and refers from books, our teacher
guidelines. To making this project our group discussion plays an important role.
At first we select a topic for our microproject. Then we discuss on that topic and
start working on it. After selecting the topic our next step is to choose a market
product for finding out its features. All group members start gathering
information about the product. Our group leader distributed work equally
between all group members equally. Few of us collect information about the
good features of that product and few collects the bad features. After collecting
all necessary information we move to the next step i.e. typing and printing
process. After doing all these our microproject is get successfully completed.
