Pantone Colour Names Typography Sketch
pick a name
pick a font (from the reference font gallery)
get to know the sketch requirements:
total height (from cap height to baseline) must
be larger than 6cm
add in one number or symbol at the end
keep all pencil construction lines
prepare your materials: lone ruler, short ruler,
pencil, eraser, reference font page, correct spelling

1. Draw a loooooooong base line
2. Determine the x-height
3. Draw the first letter in upper case
4. Leave reasonable letter spacing
5. 1 word spacing = 2 letter spacing

4. Download different fonts to test out your designs
a. remember that:

ii. No hand-drawn lettering
5. Arrange the fonts and design elements on
an A3 or A4 size canvas on your device
6. Submit a PDF file or 2 pages of your 2 designs
