1. Plaster Volume Calculation


Thickness: 2 cm = 0.02 m

Wet Volume = Area × Thickness

462 m² × 0.02 m = 9.24 m³

Dry Volume = Wet Volume × 1.33 (for bulking and wastage)

9.24 × 1.33 = 12.29 m³

2. Cement Requirement (1:3 Mix)


Cement Share = 1 part of 4 total parts

Cement Volume = 1/4 × 12.29 = 3.07 m³

Cement Weight = 3.07 m³ × 1440 kg/m³ = 4424.4 kg
