WATCH
1. Taking Notes :
It's really important for both companies and individuals to create a clear strategy.
When we focus on the most important things, it helps get rid of problems and figure out
exactly what we're good at and what we need to work on.
To find our strengths, we look at the good things and what we do best. When it comes to
weaknesses, it's about figuring out what needs improvement and what to avoid.
Looking for opportunities means checking out trends, new technology, government
rules, and such. And when we think about threats, it's about obstacles, competition,
money issues, and more.
By deciding what's most important, we can build a strong base. Strengths and
weaknesses are usually things inside (like skills or problems), while opportunities and
threats are often outside things (like trends or competition).
This whole process, called "internal/external analysis" or SWOT analysis, gives us a
complete view to make a good plan and reach our goals.
