that are used to satisfy our needs. Proper utilization and conservation of resources are necessary

for sustainable development.

Types of Resources
- Biotic Resources: Resources obtained from the biosphere (e.g., forests, animals).

- Abiotic Resources: Resources composed of non-living things (e.g., minerals, metals).

- Renewable Resources: Resources that can be replenished (e.g., solar energy, forests).
