Pursuant to DO 35 s. 2016, The Learning Action Cell as a K to 12 Basic


Education Program School-Based Continuing Professional Development
Strategy for the Improvement of Teaching and Learning , this LAC session
is scheduled on March 31, 2023, April 28, 2023, May 26, 2023, and June
23, 2023, which will focus on literacy and numeracy. The said session
will be committed in developing and using strategies, approaches, and

development and the preparation of the instructional materials.
This School-Based Learning Action Cell (LAC) includes topics and
skills that should address the training and development needs of the
teachers anchored on the Basic Education – Learning Recovery and
