TOPIC OF THE PEOJECT:-
Development of a ecommerce website platform only for Event related accessories.
OBJECTIVE:-
The objective is to develop an online one-stop-shop or e-commerce for event essentials. It
will be an in one platform by which customers will get their necessary product items based on
the particular small events. Here, the small events can be any religious festivals which can be
celebrated at home (e.g,Laxmi Puja,Saraswati Puja,X-Mas etc), birthday ,anniversary etc.In
current situation there is no such platform which can fulfil the customer’s requirements from
a one-stop-shop. We developed an application by which customer’s can fulfil their
requirements according to their customization and budget.
SCOPE:-
This is beginning form, we will try to available this platform in android application
from that all type of user can use it by their android phones.
In future we will try to provide an Event managing team to the customer.
PROCESS DESCRIPTION:-
System Overview:
The websites allows users to browse products, add items to their cart, proceed to
checkout, make payments.
The system also manages inventory , order fulfilment, and customer accounts.

Project is under going. User experience & test cases have to be test. Initially one the web
application will be available .Fixing budgets for different event is a challenge.

CONCLUSION:-
Successful execution of this event management project highlights the importance of
meticulous planning, teamwork and adaptability in conclusion. We were able to meet all
stakeholders expectations by defining clear objectives,creating detailed schedules and
ensuring steamless communication. The project is to showcase organizational and creative
skill not only provide a platform but also served as an opportunity to identify potential areas
for improvement such as resource allocation and time management.
