For Transmission Line & Substation Projects

1. Top Management
 Managing Director (MD) / CEO
Overall strategic leadership, business decisions, client relationships.
 Project Director / Senior Project Manager
Overall project oversight, coordination between transmission line and substation projects, client
interface.

2. Project Management
 Project Manager (PM)
Responsible for end-to-end project execution, schedule, budget, and quality.
 Deputy Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
Supports PM in daily operations and coordination.

3. Engineering Department
 Chief Engineer / Engineering Manager
Leads design, engineering standards, technical solutions for both transmission and substation.
 Electrical Engineer(s)
Design and review of electrical systems (transmission lines, switchgear, protection).
 Civil/Structural Engineer(s)
Design of foundations, towers, buildings, and related civil works.
 Protection & Control Engineer(s)
Protection relay settings, control system design.
