SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I/We, __________________ , Filipino citizen(s), of legal age(s), Single/Married, with


residence at __________________________________________ do hereby name, constitute and
appoint Oliver Chavez of legal age, Filipino, Married and a resident of Consuelo
Village Basak, Mandaue City Cebu, Philippines to be my true and lawful attorney in-
fact to act, for and in my stead, to do and perform the following acts deeds and things, to
wit:

1. To lease, operate, and manage my property in accordance with


applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
2. To manage my unit keys, market, and showcase my unit to tenants
and prospective tenants.
3. To sign and execute lease agreements and other legal documents
related to the lease of my property.
4. To assist tenants with move-in and move-out procedures, including
transient guests, and sign any required documents related to check-
in and check-out.
5. To collect and receive rental payments on my behalf through cash,
bank transfer, or other agreed-upon means.
6. To initiate legal proceedings for the eviction of tenants in
accordance with Philippine laws, if necessary.
7. To coordinate with service providers for necessary maintenance,
repairs, and utility concerns related to the property.
8. To perform any other lawful acts necessary to fulfill the purposes
stated above.

The authority granted in this document is limited to the property below:

DURATION OF AUTHORITY:
This Special Power of Attorney shall remain valid until revoked in writing by the

purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying
