Physiotherapy and Paramedical courses in Government and Private Institutions affiliated to Pt. BD Sharma UHS Rohtak located in the State of Haryana
that the State Government will be conducting Online Combined Centralized Counseling Special Stray Round

The detailed process explaining the procedure for admission to the above mentioned courses has been notified in Govt. of Haryana Notification dated
21.06.2024 and can be downloaded from the Admission Web Portal i.e. [Link] University Website [Link].

eligible CET-2024 portal. The tentative schedule of Special Stray
2024 qualified candidates are required to register themselves online through admission web portal

Note:-
1. The candidates, who have already registered themselves for the Round-1, Round-2, Round-3, Stray Round, Stray Round-2 Round & Stray
Round-3 (offline) and wish to participate in the Special Stray Round (Irregular Batch),, shall not be required to register again.
2. The candidates, who have been allotted seats to them in the Round Round-3,, Stray Round, Stray Round-2Round & Stray Round-3 (offline)
Counseling shall not be eligible to participate in the Special Stray Round (Irregular Batch) / further round of counseling (if any).
3. The candidates who have already “joined” on any seat allotted to them upto Stray Round-33 (offline) counseling shall not be eligible
to participate in the Special Stray Round (Irregular Batch) / further round of counseling even after resignation.
4. All candidates
ates (already registered) and freshly registered candidates} who wish to participate in the Special Stray Round (Irregular Batch)
counseling and want to opt for State Quota Seats in only Government Nursing/Physiotherapy/Paramedical Colleges shall be required requir
to deposit online amount of Rs. 1,000/
1,000/- if the candidate wishes to also opt for State Quota Seats/Management Quota Seats in private
Nursing/Physiotherapy/Paramedical Colleges then he/she shall have to deposit online an amount of Rs. 5,000. This facility shall be
available in the login ID of the candidates on admission web portal portal. In case of failure of any registered candidate to deposit the
requisite security amount, they will NOT be considered eligible to participate in the Special Stray Round (Irregular (Irregula Batch) of
counseling.
5. In case of candidate join on the allotted seat, this security amount shall be adjusted in the tuition fee of the first year of
o UG/PG Course.
6. If the candidates are allotted any seat as per their preference in Special Stray Round (Irregular Batch), Batch) but they do not join on the
allotted seat, the security amount shall be forfeited and these candidates will not be eligible to participate in the further round (if
any).
7. The security amount of the candidates who are not allotted any seat during the Round 2/Round-3/ 3/ Stray Round / Stray Round-2/
Stray Round-3 (offline) & Special Stray Round (Irregular Batch) shall be returned after the completion of the counseling process.
8. The candidates, who had deposited sec security amount in Round-2/Round-3 /Stray Round / Stray Round-22 / Stray Round-3 Round (offline) but not
allotted any seat shall not deposit security amount for Special Stray Round (Irregular Batch).
9. All candidates whose documents are successfully verified will have to report and submit their all all-original
original relevant documents to the
concerned Institutes on the Spot.
10. In case the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later
cancelled during document verification or fails to produce the required documents at the time of document verification, the security s
amount fee shall be forfeited.
11. As per Govt. of Haryana notification dated 21.06.20221.06.20244 after exhaustion of merit list of the candidates who have applied under
various reserved categories, vacant seats (if any) shall be reverted back to their original category(ies) of seats as per State Sta
Reservation Policy and filled up as per merit after co conversion (For eg. BC-A seat to BC-B B and finally to UR) and filled up in the 3rd
round itself for both Government and Private Institutes. However, in case of any seat falling vacant after the 3rd round in any a
category, it shall first be offered to candidate
candidatess belonging to original category of vacant seat of the previous round. In case, if the
seat still remains vacant, the same shall be filled as per system in the 3 rd round and so on”.
Note: -
The choices filled by the candidates for the Round-1, Round-2, Round-3, Stray Round, Stray Round-2 Round & Stray Round-3
(offline) of counseling shall be treated as null and void and the candidates will have to fill fresh choices for Special Stray Round
(Irregular Batch).

Any admissions made by any private Nursing/Paramedical/Physiotherapy institutes (affiliated to Pt. BD Sharma UHS Rohtak) in
the state at its own level shall not be valid and such admission shall be considered as null and void.
All candidates should ensure to upload all requisite documents on the Admission Web Portal and complete the registration process
as per schedule.
