Welcome to Your Values Clarity Workbook

Understanding your values is essential to healing, decision-making, and

reclaiming your personal power.
In this workbook, you will explore what truly matters to you, reflect on
misalignments, and identify your top guiding values.
What Are Values?
Values are the deep beliefs that guide your behavior, shape your priorities, and
influence your decisions. They are not goals, but rather principles that define what is
meaningful to you.

List 2 relationships that often challenge your values:

How can you navigate these dynamics more intentionally?

Reclaiming Personal Power

When you live by your values, you reclaim agency

over your time, energy, and choices.

Prompt: Write a value-based affirmation: “I honor

my value of __________ by __________.”
Repeat this affirmation daily for the next week.
