The Position:

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst


Department: Strategy / Business Intelligence
Location: Bengaluru
Reports To: Head – Strategy & Business Finance

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can drive data-backed decision-making
across operations, strategy, and business finance. This role requires a sharp analytical thinker
with a deep understanding of business models, who can translate complex datasets into
actionable insights to accelerate growth and efficiency across our services.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Partner with business leaders to define key performance metrics and build insightful
dashboards and reports.
●​ Conduct deep-dive analysis on operational performance, cost optimization, profitability,
and customer behavior.
●​ Translate data into recommendations that drive strategic decisions and operational
improvements.
●​ Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business forecasts to support strategic
initiatives.
●​ Lead and manage end-to-end business reporting, including periodic MIS, variance
analysis, and trend forecasting.
●​ Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology teams.
●​ Identify business risks, opportunities, and gaps in data or process and proactively
address them.
●​ Track and optimize key metrics such as vehicle utilization, service uptime, cost-per-
kilometer, etc.

Required Qualifications:

●​ Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or


related field.
●​ 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Mobility,
Automotive, Logistics, or Tech-enabled businesses.
●​ Strong expertise in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, etc.).
●​ Proven experience in financial modelling, KPI frameworks, and business planning.
●​ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
●​ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
●​ Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

Preferred Skills

●​ Exposure to electric mobility or sustainability-driven organizations.


●​ Familiarity with ERP or fleet management systems.
●​ Understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs.
