A. Current web smart switch firmware version is 1.00.010
If the current version of your switch is 1.00.010, the firmware upgrade to version 2.10.010 or above requires two
firmware files to be loaded. Firmware version 1.10.026 must be uploaded first before uploading firmware version
2.10.010 or above. The firmware upgrade will fail if 1.10.026 is not uploaded to the switch first.
*Note* Upgrading the firmware version to 3.01.007 would require an upgrade to firmware version
2.10.24 first.
Please completely follow the firmware upgrade instructions below to successfully upgrade the switch firmware.
1. Save the downloaded firmware file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip file contents to your computer and note the directory where the files were extracted.
