ADMISSION LETTER
We are pleased to inform you that KUCCPS has posted you to our institution to pursue a CERTIFICATE IN
ANIMAL [Link] course is currently designed to take 4 Semesters. ONE industrial attachment session.
The Programme will be offered at Bukura Agricultural College and all new students MUST report to the
college for registration and commencement of the new semester of 2024/2025 academic year on Monday
2nd September, 2024. (Those who wish to defer can send an email to admissions@[Link]

Your registration as a student of Bukura Agricultural College shall be subject to :-
1. Verification of your qualifications by the college. You must, therefore, present the originals and copies
of the following documents:
• KCSE/KCE/KACE Reults slip/Certificate,
• School-Leaving Certificate
• Professional Transcripts and Certificate(s) as appropriate, two colour size passport size photos and the
National ID/Birth Certificate at your first registration.
The above documents should be presented in a plastic suspender file.
• If your application is made without application fee of Kshs. 500, you will be required to pay the same
on the date of admission.
• You will also be required to make your own arrangement during the year to meet the catering
and accomodation [Link] College has limited accomodation facilities that are offered only to
registered students on first-come first-served basis subject to payment of Accomodation fee of Kshs.
(10,000 per year or 5,000 per semester. If you opt for College accomodation, you DO NOT NEED to
carry a mattress.
• All the fees payments (plus accommodation for boarders) should be to the College’s Account at Account
Name: Bukura Agricultural College ; Bank: Kenya Commercial Bank, Kakamega Branch, Account
№: 1119291623. The College shall NOT accept cash. Please use the REF Number above in this letter,
for the students fee payment.
Download the attached forms (QP/10/F03; 04 and 05) which should be duly completed, uploaded on your
portal and carried along to the college on reporting date for submission.
2. Download the Students Code of Conduct and agree by signing a Declaration Form (QP/10/F09) to
adhere to all College Rules and Regulations governing students conduct.
3. If you accept the offer under the above conditions, you should complete the attached forms, namely:
Letter of Acceptance (QP/10/F03) and Personal Details (QP/10/F04). You are also required to undertake
Medical examination at a Government hospital using (QP/10/F05).
