ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Maintaining customer payment records.
2. Reviewing the company debtor list.
3. Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
4. Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
5. Negotiating suitable payment plans.
6. Responding to customer queries.
7. Contacting with legal team and insurance agencies to facilitate payments.
8. Educating Customer about digital payment methods to pay Outstanding EMIs.
9. To achieve the Role Rate target assigned to Him along with OD BC collection.
10. Educating Customer to have a clean payment tracks and building a healthy Credit score.
11. Visiting Customer and updating the trail in Contact Recordings.
12. Selling of Motor Insurance
