Activities / Responsibilities:

 PLC Programming: Responsible for programming.


 Drive Programming: Responsible for VFD and Servo drive programming, selection,
configuration, and troubleshooting of drives for various applications.
 Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and
commissioning of new products at the customer site, ensuring smooth integration of control
systems and compliance with project specifications.
 Customer Support: Provide technical support and ensure efficient system performance post-
installation, addressing any issues and providing solutions on-site as needed.
 System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of
PLCs, drives, HMIs, and other components into the overall system architecture.
 Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for control system designs,
configurations, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting reports.
Qualifications:
 A Graduate or postgraduate in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering from a reputed institute
with successful academic record.
Experience:
 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, specifically with Siemens and Allen
Bradley systems. Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and functional block diagram
programming.
 Strong expertise in Servo and VFD drive with a minimum 2 years of experience in selection and
programming, including the ability to troubleshoot, tune, and optimize drive systems for various
applications.
 Extensive experience in PLC programming within the process industry, including automated
manufacturing, industrial control systems, and real-time process control.
 Programming experience, with a focus on, integrating new technologies, and optimizing existing
systems.
 Control design experience: Ability to develop control systems from scratch, including system
architecture, I/O design.
 Proficiency in understanding E-plan circuit diagrams, with an integration and control panel
designs.
 In-depth knowledge of switchgear items, panel layout, and Bill of Materials (BOM), including
the selection and sizing of electrical components.
 Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus,
Ethernet/IP, etc.) for seamless integration with other control systems.
 Experience with HMI systems for process monitoring and control, including designing user-
friendly interfaces and ensuring seamless interaction with PLCs.
 Project management experience is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, ensure
timely delivery of projects, and work collaboratively with teams.
 Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to resolve issues in complex
control systems efficiently.
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams,
customers, effectively.
 A proactive attitude and the ability to work under dynamics while maintaining high-quality
standards and attention to the details.

& Commissioningteam.
