Context 1

You have just landed a project manager role at Organisation DFG Limited

Brief Organisational Profile: DFG Limited, a multinational organisation with headquarters in London is involved in different industries with projects in the global
North and South.

There is currently a major drive to strategically align your organisation’s project businesses with a focus on sustainability and the implication of technological
advancement with emphasis on AI.

You have been informed that you will be on a 10weeks rotation course as part of your induction. CULC is the location for your training. This program is run by
the office of the Director of Planning and Budgets. Each week, you will cover a new topic or extend the learning of an earlier week.

You have been informed that you will be allocated to a group, and your group and individual progress will be captured on your group’s Padlet. Your Padlet
contains the evidence for your critical reflection.

The rotation course is very competitive, and it will impact your future job posting/role as a team and as an individual. The final decision will be determined by
the Director of Planning and Budgets.

Task 1 (1200 words)

Your first task is to write a reflective report about your class/rotation weekly individual and group activities. You are expected to reflect on at least five activities.

It is mandatory that you write on at least one Network Analysis Activity and any other 4 activities including at least two group activities.

Ensure that two of your five activities include AI embedded activities with one individual and one group activity.

Additional - Context 2

You have been advised that there are three critical projects that need attention. The first is a construction project, the second is an R &D project and the last is
an internal project to streamline the global supply chain.

Based on your induction rotation at CULC, provide guidance on critical factors to be considered for planning and budgeting strategy for DFG Limited.
