Key Responsibilities

 Engage in soft collections via calls to assist customers in resolving outstanding


balances.

 Ensure customer interactions are professional and aligned with company policies.

 Meet monthly collection targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

 Educational Qualification:

 HSC/Graduate Freshers and above are welcome.

 SSC candidates can apply with at least 1 year of BPO experience.

 Skills Required:

 Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

 Ability to manage stress e ectively in a challenging environment.

 Age Limit: Up to 39 years.

 Location: Candidates must reside within the transport boundary.
