• Any payment received in terms of hardware/software/support is always non-refundable.
• Support Assurance will be charged based on different criteria’s based on what support model
customer has opted:

• Support Assurance is inclusive of online support with respect to selected support Packages and new
releases for software. (Fair usage policy applies. Does not include all-day resource occupation).
• Support assurance doesn’t include any complimentary visit if required. May it be networking-related
or POS-related.
• Deployment will start after providing complete hardware and other essentials required for software
deployment.
• The Above support packages price is lock for one year in usd and Today’s USD rate is 280.5 per usd
according to [Link] After one-year rates will be revised @
ten percent increment or latest USD equivalent price whichever is higher.
• Any kind of data entry is not part of the deployment, it will be done by the customer if needed however
we will provide a guideline to do it. If customers need this service from Bizmatic then it will be
charged separately at the rate of 5,000 pkr per day.
• In case of any delay to provide essentials from the customer side will affect the deployment period
and Bizmatic Technologies will not be responsible for the delay.
• This bill does not include any hardware and networking-related service, Bizmatic will charge
separately if needed.
• Standard charges for the physical visit will be applicable and will be 5000 Rupees Per Visit. (I.e. we
encourage online support). This is not applicable for the first month of installation. NOTE: TA/DA
will not be included in this amount.

• Transportation charges is applicable for any branch located out of Lahore and will be charged
separately to the client.
• One Week Training will be given to client after implementation. After that if customer require any
additional training, then it will be charged separately at the rate of 5,000 per training session.
• If any kind of reinstallation is required after one month of implementation, then it will be a charged
service and its standard charges are 5000 Rupees per visit.
• The implementation/Service owner is Bizmatic Technologies.
• In case the customer fails to pay his Monthly Support Fee Company has the right to stop the partial or
complete license.
• Starter Edition includes 124 Reports, Standard Edition includes 234, and professional Edition includes
358 reports. Any additional requirement in reports will be charged at $100 per report.
• Any additional client/kds screen will be charged at $200 per screen and mobile screen will be charged
at $50 per screen. Hence it will affect monthly Support Charges.
• In case of any dispute Bizmatic Technologies reserves the right of the final decision and it will not be
a challenge in any court of law and Customer cannot take any legal action against Bizmatic
Technologies.
• Note: We stick to our pricing model quite firmly but the above prices may be subject to change in the
future according to Pakistan’s Taxation Laws and market scenarios.
• I hereby acknowledge that I have completely understand the demo and concept of the product features
which are available in the product and read carefully and agree to the Proposal/Invoice with these
Terms and Conditions.
