IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1. Candidates must follow the instructions mentioned in this admit card.
2. Candidates should report to the exam centre at least 120 minutes before the exam begins. No candidates will be allowed to enter in the examination
centre after 10:00 am in Morning Shift.
3. Bring your own blue/black ballpoint pen to write particulars, if needed.
4. Without a valid admit card and original photo ID, entry is prohibited.
5. No candidate shall leave the exam hall before conclusion and signing the attendance sheet.
6. Follow the instructions mentioned in Notification strictly.
7. This admit card is provisional. Eligibility will be verified by the recruiting agency. Qualifying the examination does not guarantee selection to a job.
8. Visit the exam centre a day before to confirm the location and transport.
9. Diabetic candidates may bring sugar tablets, candy, fruits, or sandwich in a transparent bag. These will be kept with the invigilator and handed over on
request.

MOBILE PHONES, EARPHONE, MICROPHONES, CAMERAS, HEADPHONES, PEN-DRIVES, PAGER, BLUETOOTH DEVICE, CALCULATOR,
DEBIT/CREDIT CARD, ELECTRONIC PEN/SCANNERS, FOOD and BEVERAGE (ALCOHOLIC OR NON-ALCOHLIC) AND OTHERS ITEMS WHICH
COULD BE USED FOR UNFAIR MEANS.
Candidates shall maintain proper silence and attend their Question Paper only. Any conversation or gesticulation or disturbance in the Examination
Room/Hall shall be deemed as misbehavior and treated under unfairmeans category. If a candidate is found using unfairmeans or impersonating, his/her
candidature shall be cancelled and he/she will be liable to be debarred for taking examination either permanently or for a specified period according to the
nature of offence.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERSONS WITH BENCHMARK DISABILITIES:
1. The provision of scribe can be allowed only on production of a certificate to the effect that the person concerned has physical limitation to write and
scribe is essential to write examination on his/her behalf, from the Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of a Government Health
Care Institution as per Proforma at Appendix of Office Memorandum dated 29.08.2018 issued by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The scribe to
such candidates will be provided by concerned Centre Superintendent. Therefore, if the candidate need scribe, he/she should contact the Centre
Superintendent, at least one day before examination, and request for scribe. The qualification of the scribe should be one step below the qualification of
the post i.e. Graduation for which the candidate is appearing in the examination. The candidates with benchmark disabilities should submit details of the
scribe as per proforma at Appendix-II of Office Memorandum dated 29.08.2018 as stated above.
2. For availing compensatory time the candidate with benchmark disability should produce the certificate issued by Chief Medical Officer/Civil
Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution.
3. Appendix-II C & Appendix -III is to be produced by the candidates on the day of Examination, in case he/she wants to avail any concession applicable
for disabled candidates.

* THE BIOMETRIC ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY FOR EACH CANDIDATE BEFORE ENTERING TO EXAMINATION HALL. IN CASE ANY
CANDIDATE ENTERS THE EXAMINATION HALL WITHOUT MARKING BIOMETRIC ATTENDANCE, HIS/HER RESULT SHALL BE CANCELLED.
SINCE THE BIOMETRIC AUTHENTICATION HAS BEEN INTRODUCED AT THE EXAMINATION CENTRES, SO YOU ARE ADVISED TO REACH THE
CENTRE WELL IN TIME SO AS TO SAVE TIME LOSS IN ATTEMPTING YOUR EXAMINATION. IN CASE YOU REACH THE EXAMINATION CENTRE
AT LAST MINUTE, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR EXAMINATION TIME.

procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, your
candidature may be cancelled and/or the result withheld.
