I feel the most safe in my room because I'm in bed with my blanket and comfortable and cozy. I can
listen to music, watch movies or videos in my own bed.
2. Who are “your people?” What makes you feel like you belong with them?
My people are my close friends and I feel like I belong with them because we all enjoy the same
things and understand each other well
3. Name an environment where you thrive and feel like you can really be yourself.
I feel like i can be myself at home especially because I'm in my own safe space and I can do
anything without being judged

those things to yourself?
For me, it's hard to share my feelings and experiences because I don't trust people easily

Knowing exactly how you feel and how to talk about it, knowing who you really are and having
goals set. having everything straight in place.
7. How do you respond when confronted with new information?
I usually am shocked but i still listen to it just in case i'll need it in the future.

9. What’s something that triggers fear in you? What do you think the reason is for
that trigger?
Whenever my parents are gone longer than usual or whewhen I watch a scary movies alone.
10. How do you normally deal with difcult situations? Do you need to talk them through
with someone else or take some alone time to think about them by yourself? Maybe
you make jokes, change the subject, or distract yourself by doing something else.
I always deal with situations by telling my closest friend and get it off my chest, then just enjoy my
time with my friends to forget about the certain problem.
