TERMS & CONDITIONS
GST: will be charged extra
Payment Terms: 100% shall be made within 30 days after successfully completion the Works and
submission of Bill.
The following service will be rendered for your machine(s):
a) Cleaning, oiling and greasing of important parts.
b) Checking up the operation / accuracy of the machine.
You will provide to our engineer:-
a) The Test Peice required for item
b) Oil required for item(c) above,
c) Servicing material like petrol, cloth for cleaning (old dhotis), lubricating Oil, grease, fine emery
hydraulic oil etc. during the servicing of your machine.
If any part(s) required repair/replacement during servicing of the machine, the cost of spare and repair
charges will be borne by you for which a separate estimate will be submitted for your approval.
In case any time it is felt that the machine requires major repairs/overhauling to improve the
performance of the machine, a separate estimate for the same will be forwarded to you for your
approval.
We shall not be liable for any loss direct or indirect due to delay in inspection or attending to your call
for any reasons whatsoever beyond our control.
In case any machine requires any major repairs or replacement of parts as a result of any accident/
major breakdown for whatsoever reasons beyond our control will be charged extra and this shall not be
linked with the contract charges.
This Offer is valid for 120 Days.
