1. Find the equation of the line (in standard form) that:


a. passes through the points (-3, 4) and (5, -7) (2marks)

d. has a slope of – 5 and intersects the x – axis at (2marks)

10. Find the equations of the line parallel to and passes at a distance of 2
units above the point (3, -1)? (2 marks)

11. Given the triangle whose vertices are the points (0, 4), (-4, - 4) and (6, 2):
a. Find the coordinates of the orthocenter (2 marks)
b. Find the coordinates of the circumcenter (2 marks)
c. Find the coordinates of the centroid (2 marks)
