1. Organizing important course dates (test, quizzes, exams, presentations, etc..) on
calendar at start of the year
2. Being one week ahead in course content, allows to me prepare/brief myself for
upcoming lessons.
3. Watch videos or do several activities to reinforce the concepts learned in the course (i.e.
practice questionnaires, flashcards, watching examples completed by professionals, etc).
Also attending tutoring sessions to help me understand lecture materials.

- Contact the university's career services to schedule a session. Discuss your interests,
values, and aspirations. Seek advice on aligning academic and career goals.
- Identify a specific academic area for improvement. Set a SMART goal for the semester and
break it down into weekly tasks. Use university-provided planners or goal-setting apps
- To help with consistency, apply a reward system. I enjoy dining out rather than cooking at
home, therefore, if I complete my weekly tasks, I can splurge on a bought meal rather than
homemade food.

- Journal my procrastination tendencies to identify common themes and areas for

- Develop a weekly schedule that includes dedicated time for studying, breaks, and leisure
activities. Use productivity tools and the university-provided planner.
- Implement the Pomodoro Technique, consisting of 25-minute focused work sessions
followed by a 5-minute break.
