Task 2b before listening for the 2nd time. T: Play the audio of the dialogue (2nd time). Ask Ss to listen
and answer the multiple-choice questions. Ss: Listen and choose answers. T: Check answers, ask Ss to
read aloud their answers and cite information from the dialogue to prove. T: Task 3: Ask Ss to read the
dialogue again (silently or in pairs if time permits). T: Ask Ss to find and underline words/phrases
indicating family responsibilities (e.g., responsible for, help with, share household chores, take care of,
do the cooking, etc.). Ss: Read and search. T: Call Ss to the board to write down the found phrases.
