System Requirement
1. Minimum : Windows 7,8,10,32 bits towards.
2. MS Office Professional 7 onwards.
Installation of the EasyTest Software
Start:: Download the software into your
laptop/pc. Do it in auto mode.
(This option will come while
downloading). In auto mode whenever
you open ppt, EasyTest icon would
AUTOMATICALLY come.
Always select auto load

Step 1:
After Installation
(i) Open Easytest software by double
clicking on shortcut icon & click
on EasyTest menu.
(ii) Go to the System Setting > Enable
R52 Remote control.
(iii) Click OK
Step 2:
Go to the System Setting
(i) Click Global Setting< Enable Chart
Colors-Right/wrong.
(II) Click OK & close.
Insert the receiver in PC/Laptop USB
Port.
If the LED light blink at a fast pase, it
shows that the receiver is properly
connected with the PC/Laptop

Step 4:
Prepare a student/ participant list in Excel
sheet and save it.
Kindly ensure the column to be as shown in
picture
Step 5:
Import your student/Participant List by:-
(i) Click on participants icon.
(ii) Click on import participant list.
Step 6:
Put checkmark on corresponding box of
you need to show in the results.
Step 7:
Lets make objective type question
1. Click on insert slide.
2. Select single choice.
3. Select no of option from 1 to 10

Step 8:
To give timer for responses
1. Go to ‘’Insert Object” select countdown
timer.
2. You can change the timer by clicking in
timer.
Step 9:
Give voter and voted participants.
1. Go to ‘’Insert Object” select voter it will
show no. of participants as per your list.
2. Go to ‘’Insert Object” select voted no.
will show no. of participants who voted.
Step 10:
Give right answer and checkmark.
1. Go to settings panel.
2. Go to right hand setting panel and
select right answer.
3. Click insert object select checkmark
for shows right answer.
Step 11:
Give marks right and wrong answer.
1. Go to right hand setting panel select
right/ wrong answer marks.

Step 12:
Go to right hand setting panel select
modify mode in revisable or
nonrevisable
1. Revisable means you can change
your answer within the time.
2. Nonrevisable means you can give
answer only one time.
Step 13:
Go to right hand setting panel select option

1. You can give answer in alphabetical or
numerical

Go to right hand setting panel and
select label.
1. Shows numerical and percentage
at the top of bar graph when
participants voted.
2. Select 3D for 3D bar graph.

Lets’ start the quiz
Step 1:
Insert the receiver in PC/Laptop USB Port .

Distribute keypads to students as per your excel file.
Student should check the signal bar on the screen of student
keypad to let him know that participant wireless connected to
the system.

RESULT
EasyTest gives four types of reports in
excel and pdf.
Click report then go to
results by questions.

1.In this report you can get all participants data in individual sheet according to the
keypad serial no and also get rank, score and speed of particulars participant. You
can share individual results sheet to student instantly.
2.Software also create the result in Pdf format. Create individual file according
to student/participant keypad no. which can give to each students parent.

This report for principal and trustee who can see complete class results in one sheet.
SPECIAL FEATURES
I. To create competitivenes, you may put ‘’Participant Leaderboard’’ slide after,say,
5/10/15... question to know who is coming 1st/2nd/3rd after 5/10/15.... question for
this

II. In case of same marks by more than one student you may use the ‘’Fastest
Finger’’ to find the real topper.

the right answer in less time than Sahil.
Go to ‘’ Data Analysis’’ Select Speed correct to know the time taken by the
student to answer.

III. The Director/Owner having schools at more than one location, can conduct test,
from their room, using static IP, of students sitting at different location.
For this, the director/owner needs to click on ‘’Meeting Server’’, Fill in all
details before the start of the test.

IV. The Principal/Director/Authorized personnel can see results of all test in their
system only thru an FTP server.
For this, the teacher needs to click on ‘’New Exam’’, Fill in FTP address before
the start of the test.
