MIFA App Two Pot Process

Starting September 1, 2024, members of the Retirement Fund can access a portion of their savings for emergencies through the MIFA App, while preserving the remaining funds for retirement. From 1 September 2024, Retirement Fund members in financial need can access a portion of their savings to pay for emergencies
or unforeseen expenses from their savings component, while ensuring that the balance of funds is preserved until retirement.

To easily access your two-pot retirement system savings, you can download and register on the MIFA App and follow the easy
prompts to view your dashboard and process your withdrawal benefit.
